ODETTE HAYAS is considered as the first Dutch professional Progressive House female DJ in the Middle East, and she is also a producer currently based in Amsterdam. With her amazing talent and great passion for music, she became an iconic DJ, featuring in various events from local to international gigs and publications in the Netherlands,  Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the rest of the GCC.

Odette was interested in music at an early age, attracted by various genres of Pop, Rock and Classical music, growing up in a family of musicians that played Oriental musical instruments and composed music for famous Artists, which led her to pursue her passion to become a professional DJ.

​

In the early 2000s, she developed an interest in Trance and Progressive House music, influenced by several artists such as Stan Kolev, Above & Beyond, Aly & Fila, Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, and Cosmic Gate.

​

Her DJ career began in groovy nightclubs of Beirut, Qatar, Bahrain, and Amsterdam, which further grew to host large-scale parties and events for many corporations across the Gulf region. She performed live in the opening set for Aly & Fila, Chris Metcalfe, and Ferry Corsten. She was the opening act at Formula 1 in Bahrain.

ODETTE HAYAS plays Progressive and Dark Progressive House, her first singles (Ashekin) and (Bhavani) were released by Future Sound of Egypt in 2022.
